Request Records
You can request client records at any time in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. We’ll process most requests within 5–7 business days.
To request records:

File a Complaint
If you have a complaint about your experience or a concern you’d like formally addressed, please let us know.

Once received, we’ll review your complaint and respond within 7 business days. If needed, we will provide next steps or additional support.
You may also contact the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and/or the Behavior Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) for their assistance in resolving grievances.
