Lesli Kerr

M.Ed., BCBA

Clinical Director – Mountain/Desert Region

Lesli’s passion for neurodiversity and developmental disorders through use of compassionate care and evidence-based practice guides her decisions and work for individualized, ethical, and meaningful outcomes for each client and family she is fortunate enough to work with. Lesli appreciates empowering parents and caregivers to live their best lives with guidance through the myriad of changes each family faces focused on their needs and values.

Since starting work in the field of developmental disabilities in 1994, Lesli has been in many roles from direct service provider, parent trainer, social skills curriculum coordinator, school and home consultation, parent educator, supervision and oversight of school, clinic, and home-based ABA services, and mentorship to practitioners at all levels. Due to BAE’s guiding principles and roots in ethical considerations at the heart of our clinical practice, she felt right at home when joining BAE in 2019.

Lesli has her BA in Psychology from California State University San Marcos and earned her M.Ed. with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and became a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in 2013. She appreciates the opportunity to continue learning daily by each interaction with clients, families, service providers, staff and new research in the field of ABA. In her free time, Lesli loves to go on adventures with her family, relax and watch the ocean, and snuggle up with a good book (and one or two of her children).
