Joshua Pacheco

Joshua began working with neurodiverse individuals, their families, and multidisciplinary teams in 2009. He is dedicated to creating unique environments and empowering families with skills that will enhance their overall quality of life while providing them with dignity and respect. 

Joshua has his BA in Sociology and Deaf Studies from California State University, Northridge and earned his M.Ed. degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Joshua became a board-certified behavior analyst, BCBA, in 2021. 

Joshua is trained in Applied Behavior Analysis [ABA] using Discrete Trial Training [DTT], Verbal Behavior [VB], Pivotal Response Training [PRT], Teaching Interactions [TI], Behavioral Skills Training [BST] and Natural Environmental Teaching [NATs] methods. He offers a variety of superior experience and skills ranging from curriculum development, program design, ABA teaching techniques, assessments, parent, and staff training.

Outside of the field of ABA, Joshua enjoys spending time with his husband, son, and two dogs.
