Dr. Barbara Endlich

Psy.D, LBA, BCBA-D

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Barbara Endlich (Dr. BE) is a doctoral behavior analyst who has worked with neurodiverse individuals and their families within the practice of ABA for the past 25 years. Barbara specializes in autism spectrum disorders and co-occurring conditions. Through BAE, she conducts diagnostic psychological evaluations to differentially diagnose autism and related diagnostic conditions.

From an early age, Barbara developed an interest in human emotion and behavior, and spent much of her time observing and thinking about social behaviors. This curiosity led her to studies of psychology, cognition, emotion, and learning, and to the beginning of her ABA journey as a behavior therapist.

Earning degrees in psychology, counseling and behavior analysis, Barbara went on to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), licensed Psychologist in California and Texas, and a TX-licensed behavior analyst (LBA).

Barbara knew she had found her calling the first day she brought ABA into a family’s home, and every family she helps finds a special place in her heart. She is driven by the success of her clients and her team and making a positive difference in the world. Barbara encourages self-compassion and believes in the power of mindset and environment in bringing about positive change.

Beyond her passion for ABA, Barbara spends her free time with her family, snuggling with her favorite animals, and enjoying the peaceful beauty of nature. She loves farm fresh foods, freshly roasted coffee, and sustainable, wholesome living.

As Chief Clinical Officer of BAE, Barbara works closely with her team to oversee, innovate, and advance the agency’s operational and clinical practices. It is an honor and a privilege to provide services for her BAE families and to provide a culture of caring for her cherished team.
