Karla is a versatile professional with a background in education. She has multiple years of experience working with children, from elementary school setting to ABA in-home. She transitioned to BAE back in 2016 and started her career as a Scheduler and then moved up to Lead Scheduler.

Now serving as the Scheduling Manager, Karla focuses on identifying ways to improve efficiency of scheduling procedures. With a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Cal State University Northridge and experience working in admin, she is able to share her expertise, communication, organizational and problem solving skills with her team.    

Outside of work, Karla loves to spend quality time with her family and plan relaxing getaways.
