Lesli Kerr, M.Ed., BCBA
Clinical Director – California Mountain Region

Lesli has been working with individuals with disabilities and their families since 1994. Her journey in the world of disabilities started as a nanny. Lesli joined the family on their path of assessment, diagnosis, and seeking out a variety of assistance, therapies, and resources for their son. Lesli then started working as a paraprofessional in Del Mar Unified school district, and her role expanded to providing inclusion supports in a variety of academic settings. Lesli then found the practice of ABA and her passion and experience turned into a career. Lesli has worked with individuals and families from infants to senior citizens, and all in between.

Over the years she has practiced in many roles from Behavior Technician, parent educator, trainer, Social Skills Group Facilitator, infant stimulation, early intervention education, program supervisor, program director, and currently is the Clinical Director for Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, the Antelope Valley, and the High Desert areas.

Lesli has her BA in Psychology from California State University San Marcos and earned her master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and her BCBA certification from Arizona State University in 2013. Lesli is passionate about her work and appreciates the opportunity to learn from her clients and her team daily. In her free time, Lesli loves to go on adventures with her family, relax and watch the ocean, travel, and snuggle up with a good book (and one or two of her children).
