Job Information

BAE has immediate openings for our Behavior Consultant position.  This position meets the requirements for the new 50/50 Supervised Independent Fieldwork standards set by the BACB. In this role, you will be provided with supervised opportunities to:

  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavior intervention
  • Design, implement, and systematically monitor skill-acquisition and behavior reduction programs
  • Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others
  • Train, design behavioral systems, and monitor performance
  • Other activities normally performed by a behavior analyst that are directly related to behavior analysis
  • Provide direct behavior intervention services at up to 50% of total caseload hours

 

Behavior Consultant Position Requirements:

  • Possession of a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited University
  • Minimum of 1 year direct ABA intervention
  • Active enrollment in program leading towards BCBA/ BCaBA certification
  • Successful completion of 3 ABA courses within approved course sequence
  • Professional letter of recommendation
  • Full time availability, including at least one Saturday a month
  • Bilingual a plus
