Stephanie Bibeau, MA, BCBA
Program Director

Stephanie received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and her B.S. in Child and Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton.  She is currently attending The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she is working on her Ph.D. in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and expects to graduate late-2018.

In 2008 Stephanie began her career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis working for a small multi-disciplinary company, where she quickly learned that she had found the perfect way for her to work with families and make a meaningful impact.  At that site, she worked with children who had special needs as young as eight months old and as old as 13, using a variety of behavior analytic modalities and addressing a wide range of behavioral and learning needs.  Later, Stephanie worked with adults with a wide range of needs and disabilities including Autism, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, and Dementia who live in residential facilities within LA county.  While there she supported the individuals she worked with to live meaningful lives and create impactful and important relationships.

Stephanie loves being a part of the BAE team, working with families and children.  She truly believes in the significance of providing excellent behavior analytic services early on in a child’s life to set them up for success as they navigate their world.

When Stephanie isn’t busy at school or work, you can find her spending time with family and friends, watching the New England Patriot’s win, rocking out at a concert, or going for long walks while listening to a good book or podcast.
